Emerging from the Pandemic – A Roundtable for HR Leaders

Image converted using ifftoanyDuring the last several months, HR leaders have been managing the response to COVID-19 and the chaos it has brought to their organizations. They have led rapid adaptions to the crisis by rolling out new policies and procedures to keep people safe, adapted to virtual teams and working from home, and sometimes making difficult decisions around staffing. As the situation seems to be settling down, they are again being called on to figure out what shape work will take over the next few months as well as going forward.
This session for HR leaders and professionals will focus on what a “new normal” will look like. Bob Grace and Rik Nemanick will facilitate a discussion to explore topics that include lessons learned from the last few months, new policies being implemented to protect employee safety as we reopen, and how organizations may continue remote working and work from home. The workshop will create a safe, open space to share ideas, frustrations, and plans for bringing a sense of normalcy and stability back to the workplace.
